Even though this is a brand collaboration, as always, all opinions are my own.

Are you a cheese and charcuterie board fanatic like I am? Any chance I get to order one at a restaurant and bar, I usually do. I also enjoy making my own boards at home. Chances are, if you’re reading this blog, you do too!

When Boarderie reached out to me to review one of their boards, I was excited. 

My first thought when choosing my board was, “They look beautiful, who am I going to share this with?”. My second thought: “One less mess for me to clean up”. But, I didn’t realize how much that second statement was true until I received the board and was taking it out of the box. 

My Board: Arte Cheese & Charcuterie (Large Size)

I’ve worked with Boarderie several times (my most frequent & successful collaboration). I’m glad that my readers love them as much as I do! My friends love whenever it’s time for the next shipment, we pop open a bottle (or 2) of wine and have a little party.

How it Tasted

Sometimes, it’s hard knowing what goes well with what. They took all the guesswork out of it and I must say, they did a great job at pairing, creating a harmonious blend of sweet, salty, tangy, and savory flavors. There were a lot of standout flavor combinations. 

The food was good quality too. The meats were tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of saltiness and spice. The cheeses were soft and creamy or sharp and tangy, depending on the variety.

The nuts added texture, while the crackers provided a satisfying crunch, rounding out the flavor profile of the board.

My Favorites

One of my favorite items on the board was the peppered salami which paired perfectly with the espresso pecorino cheese, which had a slightly nutty flavor. I also enjoyed eating it with the chocolate covered espresso beans.

Another standout on the board was the truffle salami, which had a rich, earthy flavor that was complemented by the sharp cheddar cheese. The fig spread added a sweet and slightly tart flavor that balanced the saltiness of the meats and cheeses.

Vegetarian and Gluten Free Options

If you have family and friends with dietary restrictions, Boarderie caters to different needs by offering a range of vegetarian and gluten-free options. Shop their meat free version of this board here.

Packaging 

Of course you never know what things really look like until they arrive in person. Sometimes online ordering can be iffy. I was relieved that everything looked just as it did on Boarderie’s website.

All their boards arrive chilled at 40 degrees. When my package arrived, it had ice packs to keep it cool and lots of stuffing so that nothing would get damaged in transit. 

Is There Anything to Prepare?

Just open the box, take out the board, cut the plastic, pour the nuts in the spots where you find them, and you’re done.

How Many People Does it Serve?

Their boards come in Small (2-3 people), Medium (4-5), and Large (9-10). I ordered their large size. I had food for days! 🙂

Pricing: Is the “Arte Cheese & Charcuterie Board” Worth the Cost? (2026)

Small (2-3 people): $139

Medium (4-6 people): $169

Large (10-14 people): $249

At first, it seems pricey. However, the value is in the time saved preparing the board. Not to mention, if you were to buy those ingredients (meats, cheeses, jams, olives, nuts, candy, crackers, etc.) at today’s inflated prices, like me, you’d probably end up spending $150-200+.

It’s well worth it in my opinion. You also get a nice 13 x 17” acacia wood board you can use again in the future. It’s perfect for hosting parties and giving as gifts.

But for me, what makes it worth it is the convenience of not having to stand at the cutting board as salami is slipping through my hands as I try to cut it and cheese crumbling underneath my knife’s blade. Not to mention, the clean up time! AND you get free shipping!

How Long Does the Board Last?

The board ships to you at 40 degrees. If you’re not ready to serve, refrigerate it. It will last 7 – 10 days. 

Overall Opinions on Boarderie

The biggest thing I loved about Boarderie from the get go was how everything was already pre-packaged and ready to graze on. I loved the convenience factor. There was little to no work involved for me. 

The cheeses, meats, nuts and dried fruits were already portioned, sliced and ready to eat from their adorable individual platters. It made the presentation so easy, since everything was already on display. All you had to do was take it out of the plastic and voila! 

Not to mention, how amazing it is that food that beautifully displayed can arrive intact from across the country. Their shipment design is fantastic. Nothing was out of place.  

Conclusion

Whether you’re entertaining, looking for a gift to give someone or just want a cozy charcuterie and cheese picnic date or solo date at home, you can’t go wrong with Boarderie. It takes all the fuss out of putting together a board. They do all the work for you.
